Just the other day a friend came to me for help.
He trained for several months (at least six months, I think) with little
or no benefit mass fitness. I got a good routine that certainly make
good profits quickly. He was surprised to see how often you go to the
gym, while in this program. He commented on all the things he can do
with all that extra free time now that he will not go to the gym 5-6
times a week for one to two hours per session.mass fitness He also
expressed his concern that he would not make enough games to stimulate
growth. I assured him that was not much, but I always felt that I was

him and even took him through a workout chest and back to show the
correct way to do the exercises (sets, reps, tempo, etc.)

confused. It is on the right track. All you need to stay on it mass

He
began to talk about "this and that" in the latest issue of Muscle
Comics and how to do this and that and only take supplements "XYZ breath
Nitro muscle supplements" and that's how it became so huge.
He
said, "Mr. 25" Biceps recommended in the latest issue of blah, blah,
blah,mass fitness blah ... . "My eyes glaze over just that I disconnect,
mental went to the Bahamas, while smiling and nodding.
It was
too late. The merchants of influence had a naive control over his mind.
No matter what I said at the time.mass fitness My advice is the exact
opposite of what muscle Comics said ... and why should I believe that
the current reigning Mr. Milky Way. The only title I have is
"genetically Mr. Average Joe" mass fitness! |
